There's never been a better time to exercise outdoors. We have improved our outdoor training area and are planning over 20 weekly Bootcamp classes for you to choose from. You'll be spaced out from others and won't share equipment.

Why exercise outdoors?

Exercising outdoors, especially in the summer is brilliant!

With the current concerns over coronavirus, exercising outdoors will be attractive to lots of people. We have carefully marked out spaces (2 metres) to ensure you can distance yourself from others.

We have changed class formats to ensure you won't be sharing equipment and have even changed our registration processs so when you arrive you don't even need to enter the building, just step into your box, workout, and leave at the end.

What classes are on?

We've developed a programme of Bootcamp classes. All Bootcamp classes are taken in our outdoor training area.

The new timetable is likely to include the following Bootcamp classes:

  • Bootcamp - Cardio Blast

  • Bootcamp - Ab Attack

  • Bootcamp - Military

  • Bootcamp - Total Body Tone

We will also have some 'Beginner's Bootcamp' classes.

Keeping you safe outdoors

Summary of changes made outdoors:

  • Class formats changed to reduce/remove sharing of equipment

  • New gridlines to keep you spaced 2m from the next person

  • Registration process changed so you don't even need to enter the club when you come to a class
