July's Direct Debit

Update: 1/7/20, 3.30pm

We have confirmed with our direct debit processor that debits mistakenly taken today will be refunded direct to bank accounts tomorrow. Please note, you do not need to take any action.

We apologise once again for this error and look forward to welcoming everyone back to Oakwood soon.

We're sorry to say we have made a clerical error and taken July's membership payment. We had told members we would not take membership payments until Oakwood re-opens. Taking the membership payment today has been done in error and we are working out the quickest way to refund members.

As soon as we know more we will update this page so please check back throughout the day.

We are so sorry to all our members for making this mistake, especially at such a sensitive time.
