Party bookings made from 11th October 2023 onwards

​

All our parties include the following:

​

• Two staff to meet and greet guests, sign children in, organise games, supervise children and help to serve food.

• Hall set with chairs, tables, table coverings, bunting/ balloons in hall and reception area

• All necessary play equipment

• Music provided (please bring your own if you wish to play specific songs)

• Up to 20 children (you can add more when paying your balance. The capacity depends on party type (please see booking form)

• Cups and jugs of water and squash

• Cleaning and tidying your hall at the end, and disposal of rubbish, so there's nothing for you to do.

Requesting changes to your party date/time after making your booking
Requests made within 48 hours of making your booking will be accommodated with no extra charge (depending on availability). Requests made after 48 hours of making a booking will mean a loss of deposit (we will request a further £25.00 deposit for the new booking). New bookings depend on availability.

All £25 party deposits are non refundable.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your party with less than 28 days notice we will apply a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance. This charge also applies to changing the date or time of your party with less than 28 days notice.
