What's included in my package?

​

There is a "Basic Package" and a "Premium Package" for each of our parties.

​

Basic Package:

​

• Hall hire set with chairs, tables, table coverings, bunting/ balloons in hall and reception area

• Play equipment (including bouncy castle and a staff to supervise it)

• Music provided (you can also bring your own if you wish)

• Up to 20 children (you can add up to 10 children to make max 30)

• Cups and jugs of water (parent provides squash and any necessary tableware)

• Parents to remove rubbish at end of party (we will supply bin bags)

 

Premium Package

​

The premium package includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:

• Two staff to meet and greet guests, sign children in, organise games, supervise children and help to serve food.

• We will also clean and tidy your hall at the end , disposing of rubbish, so there's nothing for you to do.

Requesting changes to your party date/time after making your booking
Requests made within 48 hours of making your booking will be accommodated with no extra charge (depending on availability). Requests made after 48 hours of making a booking will mean a loss of deposit (we will request a further £25.00 deposit for the new booking). New bookings depend on availability.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your party with less than 28 days notice we will apply a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance. This charge also applies to changing the date or time of your party with less than 28 days notice.
