Beep Tests

The Beep Test is a great way to monitor your aerobic fitness and gives you a fixed point from which you can improve.

The test involves running between two markers, 20m apart, in time to an audible "beep". The beep gets faster as the levels increase, making it tougher the further into the test you get!

Despite this, the test is absolutely for ALL LEVELS and is great way to assess and build your fitness.

Oakwood's very own instructor, John will be organising Beep Tests every 4-6 weeks to help members assess and improve their fitness.
