HYROX Start Week

18th-24th May

A lot of people jump between workouts, lose motivation and aren't sure if what they're doing is actually working.

Our classes are fully coach-led, have a structured plan from start to finish and are designed to help you build your fitness over time.

Whether you've never tried this style of training before, feel a bit unsure where to start, or just want something more structured, you'll be able to take part!

HYROX Start Week

Your opportunity to try a HYROX class with us for only £5, and with extra instructor support. We have four classes to choose from that week.

Tue 19th May, 6.30pm-7.30pm

Tue 19th May, 7.45pm-8.45pm

Thu 21st May, 6.30pm-7.45pm

Sat 23rd May, 7.45am-8.45am

Our sessions follow proven HYROX training principles, with qualified coaches who know how to guide you safely and effectively—whatever your starting point.

HYROX Start Week

18th-24th May

You can attend our HYROX classes with a monthly membership or by using our Class Packs.

One monthly membership includes unlimited use of the gym, EGYM and all group classes, including the four weekly HYROX classes.

If you'd rather enjoy the flexibility of booking classes when it suits, our Class Packs may be the perfect option for you.
