Inviting guests and finding us
We have two entrances for our Sports Centre (Balcombe Road and Smallfield Road). Please note at weekends our access is via Balcombe Road (the Smallfield Road entrance is closed at weekends). Here is a link you can forward to guests to help them find us on the day. Map and directions >

Arrival on the day
If you as the party parents require assistance with bringing in your food and bits from the car / car park please call our reception team on 07562 718945 and the Party Coordinator can arrange for a party staff to come out and meet you to assist.
We aim to provide access to your party room at least 15 minutes before your party starts. Please note, we may have another party running before or after yours. Our staff will set the room up for you and will help you lay out your food and drinks as well as organising the tables, chairs, table covering and decorations. We also request a prompt finish time to allow staff to clean and prepare for the next party.

Decorations
We provide basic decorations such as balloons and bunting. You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations as well to help enhance and personalise the party.

Tables, chairs and table cover
All our parties include tables, chairs and a table covering. You may wish to bring a coloured/themed covering to go on top but many parents are content with the one supplied. The table cloths we use can be seen in the videos on the party page here.

Knife and lighter
Please bring a cake knife and lighter/matches. We do keep these at the centre for emergencies but we always prefer parents to bring them if possible. Also, don't forget the cake and candles!
​
Tea and coffee
Tea and coffee is available for guests at £2 per cup from reception. Tea and coffee for the parents of the birthday child(ren) is free of charge. There is an option for all your guests to have unlimited tea and coffee throughout the party. This is £20 and we ask you to inform staff when paying your balance if you would like this service.
