Getting started at Oakwood

Starting something new can feel daunting - especially if you're unsure where to begin.

If you're not ready to join as a full member, our Intro Pack is the ideal was to try us out first.

Not sure what to do at a gym?

You're not alone. Most of our customers are beginners or are returning to exercise. We have equipment designed so you don't have to remember any complicated instructions (such as EGYM!)

Hate the idea of big, busy gyms?

We've created a calm, friendly space, where you'll feel comfortable from the moment you step in. No stress, no intimidation - just a carefully designed space for exercise.

Want to be strong, but need help starting

We've had so many requests for more help with strength training, which is great. We make it simple with our amazing EGYM kit. When you're ready to move to other types of strength training we have carefully designed spaces and services so you're supported all the way!

All of us struggle with this! It's not about willpower - it's about making exercise into a habit so it becomes part of your lifestyle. By joining a club with a strong community as well as regular challenges and accountability programmes, we'll help you create that active, healthy lifestyle!
