Our super-popular "Dance Fit" classes are taken by Sammy and Cathy each week at Oakwood.
With great music and moves you can follow the instructors are clever about making sure you get a workout while disguising it as a dance class!
Come along on Wednesday 20th April at 11am for a FREE 30-minute "Dance Fit" class with Sammy. It's completely suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise.
