Cleaning and hygiene update

We are taking further steps to keep Oakwood as clean and hygienic as possible for members, casual users and staff.

* Daily wet cleans of all three sports halls

* Two daily full cleans of the reception, changing and toilet facilities

* Two daily full cleans of the fitness gym plus two further daily light cleans

We have also marked out grid lines on our outdoor training space and will be launching a new class from next week. This will allow people to train outside and also at a minimum distance of 2 metres from the next person for those who wish to. More information will be provided in a separate post.

We have purchased a steam cleaner to use on small pieces of equipment including mats, hand weights, kettlebells, slam balls etc.

We continue to ask all customers to wash hands frequently, use the hand sanitisers provided throughout the centre and to wipe all equipment down after use with the anti-bacterial spray and blue roll provided.

Thank you for your continued help and support.
